SkySystems USA Corporation (“SkySystems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at skyusa.us(the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy; where the law requires consent (for example, for non-essential cookies), we ask for it separately through our cookie banner.
When you contact us through a form, request a consultation, complete a free assessment, request a whitepaper or other downloadable guide, or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide, typically your name, company, role, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or assessment answers.
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect standard technical and usage information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, referring pages, and how you interact with our pages. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your choices below.
In the terms used by U.S. state privacy laws, we may collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial or professional information (your company and inquiry); and internet/network activity (how you use the Site). We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Some of our resources (such as whitepapers) are delivered by email in exchange for your contact details. When you request one, we email you the requested document and may follow up once about your request. That fulfillment and follow-up email is part of providing what you asked for.
Separately, our request forms include an optionalcheckbox to receive occasional insights from us. We only add you to that list if you tick the box, and every marketing email we send identifies SkySystems as the sender, includes our location, and tells you how to unsubscribe. You can opt out of any further email at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any message from us or by emailing support@skyusa.us. We honor opt-out requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary technologies keep the Site working and help protect our forms from spam. Analytics is off by default and only runs after you allow it through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time here: .
We honor browser-based opt-out signals: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do-Not-Track signal, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics and do not display the banner. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect Site features.
We share information only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to deliver these functions:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California and other U.S. state laws. We may share information with the service providers listed above, and we may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of SkySystems, our clients, or others.
As a managed IT and cybersecurity provider, we take the protection of data seriously and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; correct inaccuracies; delete it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we will verify and respond as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and where applicable you may contact your state Attorney General.
The data controller is SkySystems USA Corporation. We process personal data on the legal bases of your consent (for analytics cookies), our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Site and respond to inquiries), and compliance with legal obligations. Because we operate in the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and by the providers listed above. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
